    Already banned, right?
    I'm not very familiar with the laws of the Peoples Republic of Maryland, but aren't they all "Regulated Firearms" and pretty much banned already? As with high capacity magazines?

    But, sort of like Virginia trying to make background checks required at gun shows when they already are, it's probably just feel-good legislation with some other hidden restrictions mixed in.
