    core values pepco improved
    While it might be true PEPCO has improved,their customers are not treated to world-class service.Here in this so-called backwater of Dale City,we,of course,experienced Irene.However,our power didn't even flicker.Wondering why a for profit company can't do better than a Co-op should be a core value.
