The reason: You spend Monday catching up on weekend gossip and surfing social networking sites. More than half of 3,000 people polled by the health supplement Bimuno say that's what they do.
"Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. seems to be the time in the day when the real workload for the week hits employees and as a result stress levels rise," Bimuno's Graham Waters tells The Telegraph.
