WHAT’S AT STAKE

In a game featuring the SEC’s two highest-scoring teams, Texas A&M goes for its first 5-0 start since 2001, when current coach Kevin Sumlin was then in his first season as an Aggies assistant head coach and receivers coach for R.C. Slocum. Arkansas will try to stay undefeated in AT&T Stadium, the NFL home of the Dallas Cowboys owned by Jerry Jones, who was on the Razorbacks’ undefeated 1964 team. Arkansas has won the previous three games against A&M there, and beat Kansas State in the 2012 Cotton Bowl.

KEY MATCHUP

The SEC-best passing offense for Texas A&M against Arkansas’ league-leading rushing offense. The Aggies have thrown for 405 yards per game with 16 touchdowns, while Arkansas has 325 yards rushing per game with 17 rushing scores.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Texas A&M: WR Malcome Kennedy has 30 catches for 334 yards and a touchdown. His 127 career catches are 99 more than any other active Aggies player.

Arkansas: DE Trey Flowers has 13 career sacks, including one last week when he had a team-high nine tackles against Northern Illinois and forced a fumble that was recovered for a touchdown.

Aggies QB Kenny Hill has averaged a TD pass every 10.7 attempts. That is ahead of Johnny Manziel’s pace of a TD every 11.6 attempts last season on his way to a school-record 37 TD passes. .. Texas A&M averages 55.3 points per game, nearly a touchdown better than Arkansas’ 48.8 points per game. … Arkansas leads all FBS teams with 34.13 yards per kickoff return. … After returning to campus for the 2012 and 2013 games, the Aggies and Razorbacks are resuming neutral-site meetings that are set to go until 2024 in Arlington.
