A choir of Angels — OK, good kids!

The American Boychoir, based in Princeton, NJ.,is regarded as one of the best vocal ensembles of its kind in the world and will perform a FREE concert Wednesday, Dec, 4 at 7 p.m.

This special performance, which will be held at the Temple of the Scottish Rite, ushers in the holiday season and includes songs from the release of the Boychoir’s new recording “I Hear America Singing,” inspired by Walt Whitman’s iconic poem of the same name.

In honor of the 100th anniversary of Benjamin Britten’s birth, the American Boychoir will also perform Britten’s beloved “Ceremony of Carols” as well as holiday selections by Brahms, Mendelssohn, and Rutter and traditional favorites.

The concert has been made possible by the generous support of the Freemasons of D.C. and the Alexandria Harmonizers.
