Man charged with spying on woman in bathroom stall

GLEN BURNIE, Md. (AP) — A 22-year-old man has been charged with using a cellphone to take pictures of a woman inside a bathroom stall at a toy store in Glen Burnie.

Anne Arundel County police say they were called to the Toys-R-Us store on Ritchie Highway around 9:20 p.m. on Friday.

Police say a woman reported that she was in a stall when she saw a cell phone under the partition that separated the adjoining stall. Police say the woman followed the man with the phone as she called store security and 911.

Police arrested Marcus McCurdy of Baltimore inside the store and collected evidence, including his cell phone. He’s been charged with violating laws related to unauthorized visual surveillance.
