WASHINGTON – A man was fatally shot in Laurel Tuesday night and Anne Arundel County police are asking for the public’s help in locating suspects.
Police responded to the area of Russett Green West and Ridgemoor Drive in Laurel around 11:52 p.m.
A 23-year-old black man was found with several gunshot wounds to his upper torso. He was declared dead on the scene.
Police have interviewed two witnesses and are working to notify the victim’s family.
Police don’t have a motive but they believe the shooting was not random.
