Trying to keep teens alive

It was a glamorous gala in the Italian Embassy but the cause was not glamorous. The 19th Annual Metro TeenAids Auction raised needed money to continue fighting a constant battle to keep HIV/AIDs from spreading among our teens. Through education, support, and advocacy, Metro TeenAids provides HIV testing and counseling, promotes responsible decision-making as part of its in-school and after-school school programs, and improves the quality of life for young people who are HIV-positive, at risk of HIV infection, or in families with HIV/AIDS.
