At George Washington\'s Distillery & Grist Mill that\'s where! This week master distillers from Scotland have been using 18th century techniques to distill a Scotch-like spirit. After three years of aging in American Oak casks according to the Scotch style, a limited edition of one hundred of the bottles -- marking the 100th anniversary of the Scotch Whisky Association--it will be sold for charities around the world. All of this made possible by Mount Vernon Estate, and the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States.
