Peeping tom arrested after spying on women in Goodwill store

WASHINGTON – Female shoppers at a Frederick Goodwill store got an unwelcome surprise Sunday when a voyeur snapped photos of women in the changing room.

Shoppers flagged down a Frederick police officer after seeing a man run out of the ladies’ fitting rooms.

Police arrested the man, 36-year-old Dominick William Spangler of Middletown, Md. after a short foot chase.

He is charged with violating the state’s peeping tom law, second degree assault and prurient intent.
