WASHINGTON-- About 30 homes and an apartment building in Northeast D.C. have no water Sunday afternoon because of a water main break.
Nineteenth Street is closed between D and E Streets.
Officials with the D.C. Water and Sewer Authority said water will be shut off in the area for a couple of hours while they fix the problem.
