BRANDYWINE, Md. (AP) — Prince George’s County Police say a Waldorf man was found slain in Brandywine a day after being reported missing.
Officers say relatives reported 31-year-old Devone Lionell Wood in Charles County on Sunday and said he might have been last seen in Prince George’s County. Police searched for Wood but did not find him.
Police received a call on Monday for a report of a body found and located Wood’s body in a secluded area of Brandywine. Officers say he had an apparent gunshot wound.
