Police investigate triple homicide in Prince George’s County

WASHINGTON — Three people are dead after an attack in Capitol Heights.

Prince George’s County Police were called to the 5200 block of Marlboro Pike around 5:30 p.m. on Saturday after a 911 caller reported finding three bodies inside an apartment.

When patrol officers arrived, they discovered the bodies of three adults, each suffering from trauma. They were pronounced dead on the scene, according to a statement by Prince George’s County police.

UPDATE:The victims are identified as 38-year-old Ortiz Ola, 33-year-old Weldon Mason of Laurel and 33-year-old Staci Taneesha White also of Laurel, Md.

Police are investigating how the people died and currently have no suspects.The bodies of the victims are being taken to Baltimore to undergo autopsies. Detectives will return to the neighborhood on Sunday to pass out Crime Solvers flyers.
