WASHINGTON – Police say a woman in Capitol Heights fought off a man who tried to sexually assault her while she was taking out the trash early Friday morning.
It happened around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Walker Mill Drive and Possum Court. She fell to the ground, but was able to fight the man off.
Police are continuing to investigate.
Prince George’s County Police searched the area for the suspect, but were unable to locate him. Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
