WASHINGTON — Miley Cyrus’ controversial dance moves are causing problems once again after a Michigan college removed a sculpture students were using to make “Wrecking Ball” parodies.
In her video, Cyrus swings on a wrecking ball while in the buff. The parodies show students doing the same.
Students at Grand Valley State University in Allendale are protesting the school’s decision to take down the swinging sculpture. The school says it is considering its options.
“We are reassessing the safety and structural integrity of the current installation and site,” Associate Vice President for Facilities Services Tim Thimmesch said in a statement.
