Man Arrested Again For Possibly Transmitting HIV – Daniel Cleaves, 28, of Richmond is facing more charges of transferring HIV to another person after a second victim reported having unprotected sex with him after meeting at the Harp and Fiddle in Bethesda. Police said the woman made the complaint after seeing news coverage of the first incident, in which Cleaves was arrested earlier this month after allegedly admitting he had HIV via text message.
