Pepco Tree Cutting Ruling Coming Soon – A Montgomery County Circuit Court judge is expected to rule next week on a preliminary injunction against Pepco filed against residents of a Potomac neighborhood. The eight residents want to stop Pepco from cutting down about 50 trees on their properties. Pepco said it has the right to remove the trees and needs to do so to improve service. [The Gazette]
