FBI Wants To Exhume Body It Says Could Be Bradford Bishop – The FBI is asking for court permission to exhume the body of a man it believes could be Bradford Bishop, who was indicted for the 1976 Bethesda murders of his entire family. Acting on a tip, investigators say a man who carried no identification and who was killed by a car along an Alabama highway in 1981 bears a strong resemblance to Bishop. The body is buried in Alabama. [NBC4]

Board of Education Wants Delay For New State Tests – The Montgomery County Board of Education is asking state education officials to delay the requirement that students pass new state high school exams to graduate. The new tests, developed by the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) are set to replace the old Maryland School Assessments (MSA) this year. The Board of Education says it supports the move to the PARCC tests, but is concerned about the graduation requirement. It asked for a two-year delay in using the tests as a graduation requirement.
