Building Owner Announces New Leases – Bethesda-based Washington Property Company announced this week that it has recently leased 21,000 square feet of office and retail space across the area, including about 4,000 square feet in its 6900 Wisconsin Avenue property. Veritrust expanded by leading 1,951 square feet and education data firm Always Prepped leased 1,939 square feet.
