Report: Maryland Set To Replace Troubled Healthcare Exchange – Maryland had more than two years and spent $125.5 million to build its online health care exchange for the Affordable Care Act. But on Tuesday, after the Monday deadline for the first enrollment period, the state is set to scrap it and replace it with a new contractor and a new system that is expected to cost tens of millions of dollars more. The website experienced a number of technical errors and glitches, legal fighting between its contractor and sub-contractor and was regarded as one of the worst performing state healthcare exchanges in the country. Report: Tiger Tourney Coming Back To Congressional – According to Comcast SportsNet Washington, the newly named Quicken Loans National will return to Congressional Country Club in Bethesda in 2016, 2018 and 2020 after the club’s membership approved the proposal in a vote. The tournament, put on by the Tiger Woods Foundation, will have to find another home in 2015, 2017 and 2019. The across-the-street TPC Potomac has been mentioned as a possibility. Replacement Restaurant For Vacant Addie’s Location – A local caterer named Helen Wasserman plans to open Helen’s The Bar in the former Addie’s location on Rockville Pike in North Bethesda.
