Broken glass door at Chipotle, which was burglarized Feb. 7, according to police

This week’s crime report leads with a burglary at the downtown Bethesda Chipotle, where somebody apparently broke through one of the restaurant’s glass doors in the early morning of Feb. 7:

A commercial burglary occurred at Chipotle, 7600 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda on Friday, 2/7 between midnight and 8:00 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.

The rest of the most recent 2nd District crime summary follows:

A theft occurred in the 7900 block of Connecticut Avenue in Chevy Chase sometime between Thursday, 2/6 and Friday, 2/7. Property taken from outside the building.

An armed robbery occurred in the 11700 block of Old Georgetown Road in Rockville on Monday, 2/10 at approximately 11:30 p.m. The suspects are known to the victim.

A commercial burglary occurred at Radio Shack, 5456 Westbard Avenue in Bethesda on Thursday, 2/6 at 2:00 a.m. Forced entry; property taken.

A theft occurred in the 7100 block of Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda on Tuesday, 2/4 at approximately 1:45 p.m. The suspect took property from the unknowing victim.
