Lobbyists Report Compensation For Lobbying County Officials — Lobbyists, mainly lawyers representing developers, reported getting paid a total of almost $700,000 to lobby Montgomery County officials in the first half of 2013. A big chunk of that money — $200,000 — came from a developer hoping to influence the White Oak Science Gateway Master Plan.
