Smashburger Provides Customer With ‘F*** Ton’ Of Mayo

The new burger place in Woodmont Triangle heard her loud and clear. The receipt, tweeted out by ESPN and Washington Post hockey writer Neil Greenberg, read  ”F*** TON OF MAYO,” the exact words Currier told her co-worker to use while making the order.

“I wanted them to know I was serious,” said Currier, who works at the Bone Jour pet grooming shop on St Elmo Avenue. “I didn’t want a little kid’s amount of mayo.”

The worker at the register typed those words into the order. That produced this not so safe for work image that almost 80 people have retweeted and commented on.

But was there enough mayo?

Currier said she got a decent amount, but that a container of mayo on the side was necessary to put it over the top.

“To be honest, there wasn’t enough on my burger. They gave me a side and so I was on my fourth or fifth bite and maybe on my fourth napkin. There was so much mayo, I just had to put it on there.”
