Weekly Crime Report: Nov. 11 to Nov. 19

A number of thefts and residential burglaries — plus a double stabbing at Westfield Montgomery Mall — make up the most recent Bethesda area crime summary:

A residential burglary occurred in the 3000 block of Greenvale Road in Chevy Chase on Monday, 11/16 around 1:30 a.m. No forced entry; property taken.

Arrested: Male, age 24, from Chevy Chase

A theft from vehicle occurred in the 2400 block of Colson Drive in Chevy Chase overnight between Sunday, 11/17 and Monday, 11/18. Vehicle parts were taken.

An attempted residential burglary occurred in the 3900 block of Spruell Court in Kensington on Friday, 11/15 at approximately 9:20 p.m.

Suspect: B/M, 6’2”/260 lbs. 

A residential burglary occurred in the 10800 block of Symphony Park Drive in Rockville sometime between Friday, 11/15 and Monday, 11/18. No forced entry; property taken.

A residential burglary occurred in the 4500 block of Willard Avenue in Chevy Chase on Monday, 11/18 at 8:30 p.m. No forced entry; property taken.

A theft occurred in the 6500 block of Pyle Road in Bethesda on Tuesday, 11/12 at approximately 1:00 p.m. The suspect removed property from outside the residence.

Suspect: W/M, 35-40, short sandy-blonde hair 

A theft occurred in the 5330 block of Baltimore Avenue in Bethesda between Friday, 11/15 and Saturday, 11/16. Property was taken from outside the residence.

A theft occurred in the 6100 block of Shady Oak Lane in Bethesda sometime between Monday, 11/11 and Tuesday, 11/12. Property was taken from outside the residence.

An aggravated assault occurred at 7101 Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda on Thursday, 11/14 at 2:00 p.m. A press release was issued regarding this incident.

Arrested: Male, age 24, from Potomac
