Baltimore County Police Chase Ends In Chevy Chase — A police chase on Friday night that began in Towson ended in the 5400 block of Wisconsin Avenue when 53-year-old Robert Allen Fugate, down to the rims on his SUV, finally surrendered to police. Fugate had an outstanding warrant for first degree assault and other charges. [WJLA7]

Rent A Chicken Coop Before You Buy — A Bethesda woman started RentACoop, a company that lets people rent chicken coops before they buy one, a timely service considering what could be new rules on chicken coop ownership in the county. One of the main arguments against relaxing the rules has been that new chicken owners don’t realize the time and commitment needed to properly raising chickens, which leads to the fowl ending up in animal shelters.
