Fraser Gallery To Return For October Gallery B Exhibition

Madison Avenue, work in October Gallery B exhibit via Bethesda Urban PartnershipThe Bethesda Urban Partnership’s October exhibition will feature the return of the Fraser Gallery, which operated in Bethesda for nine years.

The exhibition, “Cityscapes,” will include work from David FeBland, Beata Drozd, Ben Ferry and Galvin Glakas on display from Oct. 2 to Oct. 26 at Gallery B (7700 Wisconsin Ave., Suite E).

The Bethesda Urban Partnership opened the space after photographer and curator Catriona Fraser closed her gallery there in 2011.

Fraser serves on the Bethesda Art and Entertainment District Advisory Panel and on the Board of the Washington School of Photography as well as on a number of other art groups in Bethesda.

Fraser’s gallery now represents artists online and in art fairs across the country.

The opening reception for the exhibition is set for 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11, in conjunction with the monthly Bethesda Art Walk. Gallery hours will be noon to 6 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.
