‘Peeping Tom’ Chevy Chase Landlord Avoids Prison Time — Dennis Alan Van Dusen, who pleaded guilty to installing small cameras inside smoke detectors to spy on female tenants in his Chevy Chase home, was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence and probation and will not face prison time. Man Pleads Guilty To Role In High Profile Smash-and-Grabs — Floyd Davis, 43, admitted in Federal Court on Tuesday that he went into three stores ahead of time to tell his accomplices how many people were inside and where the security guards were stationed.
