Gallery B April Exhibition To Feature National Selection

Gallery B’s April exhibition will feature a selection of work from art fairs around the country and curated by D.C.-based Morton Fine Art.

The exhibition’s opening reception will conincide with the monthly Bethesda Art Walk from the Bethesda Urban Partnership (BUP), set for Friday, April 12 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Several of the artists will be in attendance as art-seekers check out work at eight Bethesda display spaces.

Morton Fine Art’s Fair Focus program displays “substantive, museum quality contemporary artwork promoted in Morton Fine Art’s booths in national fairs including Houston Fine Art Fair, Aqua Art Miami and Art Hamptons,” according to a press release.

The Gallery B (7700 Wisconsin Ave., Suite E) April exhibition will be on display from April 3 to 27 from noon to 6 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays and from noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

The other seven Art Walk participants are:

Artworks (7740 Old Georgetown Rd.); Consider It Done (7806 Old Georgetown Rd.); Interiors of Washington (7944 Norfolk Ave.); L’Eclat de Verre (7015 Wisconsin Ave.); “Tunnel Vision” Public Art Exhibition (Metro Tunnel, Bethesda Metro Station); Upstairs Art Studios (4948 St. Elmo Ave.); Waverly Street Gallery (4600 East-West Highway)
