BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore police say a 3-year-old boy was shot in the leg after he and another toddler were playing with a gun.
Police said Tuesday that the children were inside a bedroom playing with the gun Monday night when the gun it went off. They say the other child shot the 3-year-old boy in the leg.
The boy is being treated at a hospital and is in stable condition.
Police continue to investigate the shooting and say they’re working with the state’s attorney’s office to determine whether any charges will be filed.
