UPDATED: The Silver Alert for Herbert Jasper has been canceled.
WASHINGTON — A Silver Alert has been issued in Montgomery County for an 85- year-old man.
Herbert Norman Jasper was last seen on Oct. 9 around 11:30 a.m. in the 4900 block of Sentinel Drive in Bethesda. He is 5 feet 8 inches tall, 149 bounds and has blue eyes with balding brown hair.
Jasper was wearing a black and white short sleeved shirt, red long pants and brown loafers. He drives a 2007 blue Toyota Camry with Maryland plates 5DKK17.
