Man riding dirt bike charged with threatening trio

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Annapolis police have arrested a man they say pointed a handgun at three people while he was riding a dirt bike.

Police say on June 5, three people in a shopping center parking lot saw a man drive a dirt bike recklessly and almost hit a woman.

Officers say the group tried to stop the man, who drove off. Authorities tell The Capital of Annapolis (http://bit.ly/TQ0Xwe) that the man returned a few minutes later, pointed handgun at the group, and rode off again.

Police on Wednesday arrested 18-year-old Mario Mireles Ruiz of Annapolis and charged him with assault and numerous other offenses.
