Police say the man solicited the officer to kill his ex-wife, gave the officer partial payment, and showed the officer where his ex-wife lived and gave him picture of her.

Thirty-seven-year-old Ndokey (en-DOH-key) Peter Enow of Gaithersburg was arrested and charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder. He is being held without bond.
