BALTIMORE (AP) — A man who pleaded guilty to robbing 22 stores in central Maryland has been sentenced to 17 years in prison.
Twenty-two-year-old Quindell Gardner of Baltimore was sentenced Thursday in federal court in Baltimore.
According to his plea agreement, Gardner and others would pick a store to rob and steal a car to use during the robbery. Prosecutors say Gardner used a gun during the robberies, and stole cash and cigarettes.
