WASHINGTON (AP) — A judge has acquitted a Metropolitan police officer of four misdemeanor charges of sexually assaulting two women while in uniform and on duty.
Superior Court Judge Robert E. Morin on Thursday found 40-year-old Larry Seay not guilty of sexually assaulting the women in 2010. Seay’s bench trial was held on Tuesday.
The Washington Post reports (http://wapo.st/1nyAgcH) that Seay still faces felony charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a third woman.
