Anne Arundel Co. police say missing man, 82, found safe

UPDATE 10:58 p.m. 4/21/2014: The police say they’ve found Depaola safe.

EARLIER: WASHINGTON — The Anne Arundel County police are seeking the public’s help in finding a missing 82-year-old Annapolis man.

Ralph Depaola, of Beacon Way, left his home at about 1:30 p.m. Monday and hasn’t been seen since.

He’s described as white; 5 feet, 10 inches tall; 180 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black fleece jacket with “Bar Harbor” emblazoned on it.

He was driving a red 2007 Chrysler 300 with Maryland license plate 6EZJ23, a Heritage Harbor sticker on the back and another reading “Army Football.”

Depaola’s wife says he has been suffering from memory loss.
