Bottled water allowed at RFK for Sunday match

WASHINGTON – It’s going to be hot at Sunday’s U.S. Soccer Centennial Celebration Match at RFK Stadium – so hot that Events DC, which manages the stadium, is bending the rules on bottled water.

According to a statement from Events DC, each fan at Sunday’s match is allowed to bring in one unopened 20-ounce bottle of water. This policy is in effect for Sunday’s game only.

The U.S. Men’s National Team takes on Germany at 2:30 p.m.
