Water main break may disrupt flow in NW D.C.

WASHINGTON – A water main break that occurred overnight may affect some customers in Northwest D.C. Wednesday.

An 8-inch main broke on Randolph Street between Georgia Avenue and 10th Street. DC Water crews fixed the main, but it broke again around 4 a.m.

Customers in the area may experience a loss of water or low water pressure until the repair is complete.

DC Water estimates repairs will be complete at about 2 p.m.
