Gas prices up again

WASHINGTON – Gas prices are rising steadily. The latest WTOP “Pain in the Gas” survey shows the average price of a gallon of regular went up 4 cents to $3.67 over the past week.

Mid-grade shot up by 7 cents to $3.83 a gallon. Premium is up 4 cents to $3.96. Diesel rose a penny to $4.03 a gallon.

The average for regular fuel this week is cheapest in Maryland and Virginia at $3.62 compared to $3.77 in D.C.
