WASHINGTON – Former Prince George’s County Executive Jack Johnson will remain out of prison for two more weeks.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons says it hasn’t completed an evaluation or finalized plans on where they’ll send him.

Johnson, 62, was scheduled to turn himself into authorities this Friday.

He is expected to go to Butner Federal Prison in North Carolina, where Bernie Madoff currently resides.

The former county executive pleaded guilty in May to receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes from developers.

U.S. District Judge Peter Messitte sentenced Johnson to 87 months in prison.

Johnson is now expected to report to prison on Feb. 18.
