WASHINGTON – Bruce Springsteen fans, listen up. His next album is set to come out March 6, and the first single from it is available Thursday.

“Wrecking Ball” will have 11 tracks, and a special edition will have another two, plus artwork and photography, according to Bruce Springsteen’s website.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, somebody who’s heard the album describes it as “very rock ‘n’ roll…. the angriest album he’s ever made.”

Influences on it range from “hip-hop to Irish folk rhythms.”

“The lyrics tell a story you can’t hear anywhere else and the music is his most innovative in recent years. The writing is some of the best of his career and both veteran fans and those who are new to Bruce will find much to love on ‘Wrecking Ball,'” said Jon Landau, Springsteen’s manager.

The first single is out on YouTube. Take a listen.
