Vikings list CB Rhodes, DT Floyd as questionable

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — The Minnesota Vikings have listed two starters, cornerback Xavier Rhodes and defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd, as questionable for their game against New England.

Rhodes and Floyd were both limited in practice Friday. The Vikings host the Patriots on Sunday. But coach Mike Zimmer said “there’s a good chance” Rhodes will play and that Floyd was “feeling much better.”

Rhodes injured his groin and Floyd took a hit to his shoulder last week at St. Louis. The only player ruled out for Sunday was backup linebacker Brandon Watts (knee).

Running back Adrian Peterson didn’t practice Thursday but returned Friday. Zimmer called his absence a “veteran day” to rest.
