WASHINGTON – Tony Picard is 6-foot-4 and weighs in at 400 pounds.
His friends call him “Big Tone,” and he could be the biggest running back in the nation, according to the Indian Country Today Media Network.
He’s already rushed for more than 500 yards and had eight touchdowns, according to Bleacher Report.
