Hogan cancels appearance at forum in Towson

TOWSON, Md. (AP) — Republican gubernatorial candidate Larry Hogan has canceled an appearance at a forum in Towson.

Adam Dubitsky, Hogan’s spokesman, said Friday that Hogan has been fighting a head cold. He says Hogan saw a doctor Thursday for a sinus infection and plans to rest Friday before returning to the campaign trail.

The forum is being held at Towson University to discuss issues relating to child care, early education and family support. It’s being organized by the Maryland Family Network.

Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown, Hogan’s opponent in the governor’s race, is still scheduled to attend.
