4 Md. GOP candidates to gather for TV debate

SALISBURY, Md. (AP) — Maryland’s Republican candidates for governor are scheduled to gather for a debate that will be broadcast live on WMDT-TV.

The debate will be held on Saturday from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. The station says all four Republican candidates — David Craig, Ron George, Larry Hogan and Charles Lollar — have agreed to participate.

It will also be streamed live on WMDT’s website, 47ABC.com. The candidates will gather on the Salisbury University campus, but the event will not be open to the public.

Maryland’s primary is June 24.
