Suspicious Powder Investigated on Capitol Hill

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Capitol Police are investigating a suspicious powder in the attic of the Russell Senate Office Building.

CNN reports a "possible chemical agent" was detected after the first test. A second test was negative. Officials are now conducting a third test.

People in the office building are being told to shelter in place. Hazardous material crews are on the scene.
