Winston Spencer Elliot of Baltimore is charged with possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. Police seized a portion of the drugs at a UPS facility in Burtonsville after they were alerted to two suspicious packages.
Authorities then searched an office of Mortgage Star in the 1,000 block of University Boulevard in Takoma Park and found more marijuana.
Police say the street value of the marijuana is about $54,000.
