WASHINGTON – An 18-year-old has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 3-year-old girl at a daycare center operated out of a home in Woodbridge.
Dayquan Miller, who lives at the residence, assaulted the girl June 5, Prince William County police say.
He is facing three charges, including one count of aggravated sexual battery.
Other children were being cared for at the time of the assault, but no other assaults have been reported. Police are still investigating.
Miller is being held without bail.
