2nd female assaulted at Dulles Town Center

WASHINGTON — The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a second report in a month of an assault inside a ladies room at Dulles Town Center in Northern Virginia.

According to a release by police Friday night, a 16-year-old girl was in a stall inside the restroom in the mall Friday morning around 11:30 a.m., when an unknown male reached underneath the stall and grabbed her. The subject left after the teenager screamed.

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a thin build and wearing a black jacket and red baseball hat.

The earlier incident happened on May 14 when a 62-year-old woman was inside the restroom at the mall when an unknown male inappropriately touched her from an adjacent stall. The male then fled the bathroom. She described the perpetrator as a black male in his early twenties. At the time of the incident he was wearing jeans and white T-shirt with a black leather vest, and red/black hat.
