Fairfax County restaurant robbed Saturday

WASHINGTON – Fairfax County police are looking for two suspects who they say robbed a restaurant Saturday night in the Franconia area of Alexandria.

Police say two men entered the Red Hot & Blue restaurant in the 6400 block of Landsdowne Center around 11 p.m. and showed an employee a gun and demanded money.

The woman handed over the money and was not injured.

The suspects fled on foot through the kitchen area.

Police say the suspects are both described as black, in their 20s, wearing dark clothes and most of their faces covered.
