Decatur House, located on D.C.'s Lafayette Square, is nearly 200 years old and contains slave quarters.

ArtInsights Gallery in Reston is teaming with Habitat for Humanity of Northern Virginia for an exhibit and sale of official "The Wizard of Oz" art. The exhibit "There's No Place Like Home" will be on display through September 15. Ten percent of profits from the sale of art during the exhibit will be donated to Habitat for Humanity.

The "Making Their Mark: Stories Through Signatures" exhibit at the National Archives runs March 21, 2014-January 5, 2015. It includes Adolf Hitler's signature on his marriage certificate and will, an "X" signed by a slave who couldn't read, and a patent for shoes filed by Michael Jackson and others allowing him to do an amazing signature move on stage. Admission is free.
